Hey guys, so i have been trying to connect to the internet via dolphin to access in-game dlc shops in some games, but it doesn't seem to work. I have tried using the .pem files method that i found on Youtube tutorial, but Error Code 23400 (Either nintendo wifi connection is experiencing high traffic volumes or the service itself) pops up. If i try to access it from Wii Menu settings, I go to Connection Settings. If i use a wired connection it makes me do a connection test and tell me it was succesful but then fails at updating the Wii, and the same thing happens if i use a wireless one. What do i need to do to get a connection that works? Is there any way for me to fix this? If you know of any way to get the emulated wii to connect, please tell me about it.

Online services for the Wii were shut down years ago, since then all you'll get is that error 23400. All you can do now is redownload WiiWare or Virtual Console titles you've previously purchased from the Wii Shop if you use your Wii NAND with Dolphin, the Nintendo Pay & Play (for DLCs and in-game stores) is gone and there's no replacement, as well as Nintendo WFC (for online play), but for the latter you can patch the game to use Wiimmfi servers instead...
