It seems to me you are using a hack to disable bloom that doesn't work properly.

I have no idea. I don't even know where the bloom setting is

Try the latest development version and make sure Per Pixel Lightning is disabled, apparently it's broken in current builds...

This bug is gone now, but i'm stuck with this awful bloom.

Thanks for the help though

EDIT: It's not, it's just rendering at a lower resolution and i thought it was bloom.

Why does it render at such a weird resolution? 2160x2112?

Can i change this?

Looks like this now

No, you can't. For technical reasons, GC/Wii renders at 640x528 internally and we need to use that otherwhise bad things would happen with the emulation. And 2160x2112 is a multiple of 640x528. About the bloom, it's sensitive to the IR and EFB Copies, in some games the bloom effect is improved by turning off scaled EFB Copy or by using different IRs, like "Auto (Window Size) or "Auto (multiple of 640x528)". Try messing with these options and see if the bloom improves...

Nah it's not bloom, that's just the game being rendered at a lower IR. See the first picture? That is the game at 4x and the bottommost is auto.

Nah, the problem is with D3D in this game. OpenGL will do it properly. Note, you have to uncheck "Skip CPU Access to EFB" in order for the bloom to be sane.

Also, the game sets on RealXFB by default, which forces the game to 1x IR effectively. It's a bit of a pain.
