help with getting started, remote and bluetooth

I've been reading but it's just left me confused. Which remotes and bluetooth adapters can I use with Dolphin? Which ones would you recommend and why?

Seems I need the RVL-CNT-01 version of the remote? Where can I find one of these? Are they expensive?
