I made a post the other day about getting massive screen tearing while trying to use my TV. The only way I could fix the tearing was to use Direct3D 12, but that was prone to crashing. I got some help with trying to fix the screen tearing but unfortunately nothing I tried could fix the issue. I've since decided to try to fix the crashing when using Direct3D 12. I'll attach a picture of the error I get.
I was running Dolphin 5.0-16380
System Specs:
i7 11800h 2.3GHz processor
RTX 3050 graphics card
32GB ram

Edit: I've noticed the crash always happens during an attack. Whether it's Mario's, his partner's, or an enemy doesn't seem to matter; they can all trigger the crash. The crash happens when the attack lands. I've had it trigger in the first battle after I've loaded a save and after as many as 20 battles.
