Hello everybody, Poco F2 Pro user here (Snapdragon 865), Dolphin 5.0-13227. Something is puzzling me: the game is Super Mario Sunshine (with or without 60 fps and widescreen codes). Even though the Xiaomi Game Turbo hardware monitor says it's not using even 25% of CPU or GPU, the framerate won't go up no matter what. I mean, seems like Dolphin is capped at using only 25% of CPU and 25% of GPU of my phone. Which means that even turning on all speed hacks, and turning off all enhancements, I'm unable to sustain 60 fps, while having plenty of room for processing (75% of CPU and GPU).
I tried editing GFX.ini and Dolphin.ini manually for setting Vsync and SyncGPU off, but no luck with those. What is the bottleneck? What am I missing here?

25% CPU usage is actually a lot. Dolphin can't use all cores of your phone due to the nature of GC/Wii emulation.

If I'm reading correctly, your phone has 8 cores. 25% CPU usage would then mean that Dolphin is using two cores fully, which more or less is the theoretical maximum of what Dolphin can use! I'm surprised it actually is able to go that high.

PerfQueriesEnable = False

For the reference, this breaks the Scrubbing Sirena Beach level in Super Mario Sunshine.

Setting CPU override speed to 45% kinda gives 3 or 4 FPS more. The only solution is to disable the 60 fps code and play in the original 30 fps setting, which runs smoothly with 2x resolution. I kinda managed to modify a 21:9 widescreen code to display 20:9 widescreen, and now I have it running fullscreen with correct aspect ratio at 30 fps and it looks incredible. Now I'm hunting a 1080p PNG texture pack to make it look even more incredible.
