[HELP] WAD Games problem with controller

My controller work perfectly in Muramasa.

but when I try to play WAD games (Mega Man 9 & FF4TYA), my controller didn't work at all.

the main window says wiimote is connected

why? & how to solve this problem?

In Muramasa you used your controller as Gamecube one, but in these games you need to use Wiimote or keyboard
