Xpadder will make it more confusing than just using the new wiimote plugin.
It will require you to set up xpadder as well as the wiimote plugin to use the keys you configured in xpadder.
It will take double the work to configure, plus you wont get analog control, plus xpadder costs money.
You don't need xpadder. :/
bushwickbill, after you have downloaded one of those recent builds, open the Dolphin config dialog, "Plugins" tab, and choose the "New" wiimote plugin.
