have u ever test other games on Dolphin?...i think your CPU (Processor) is just to slow...but i dont know.

Emulate to perfection as Digimon Rumble Arena games, SSB, and some more
and also emulates the dragon ball budokai 1 but not too fast (15 fps)

Already tested in several different versions of dolphin and I get the same error

Terrible specifications, don't expect much..

Your best off by building/buying a new PC or playing on an actual Gamecube/Wii, anything you try to emulate will run slow if you can even get it to run and an integrated Geforce 6150LE is just bad, too bad for any kind of decent performance.

Semprons are weaker than a dual core AMD64 X 2 and that is also quite slow for Dolphin, Semprons would be more on level with the performance you'd get from a Pentium 4 which is also not very good for Dolphin.

I myself did not expect that but good
This process has never failed me so far ah well if
