Help sync my xbox 360 controller?:/

Just trying to set up the wireless controller for the first time and im not able to, could you give me a little step by step, cause i'm lost there's no easy walk through for anything but the wiimote Tongue

the wireless xbox 360 controller is only usable with the xbox 360 gaming reciver

How do you know that he doesn't have a receiver? I have a receiver and I would like to know if there is a quick and dirty configuration for XBOX 360 Controller as WiiMote in Dolphin 3.0. Mapping the controller for GameCube was easy because the buttons are essentially the same, but WiiMote has Tilt, IR, Swing, and Shake. Those properties do not exist on the XBOX 360 Controller. I've only used a WiiMote a handful of times (no pun intended!) so I'm having a hard time visualizing the mapping. I guess it will just a bit more research unless someone would like to post their configuration profile.

then use your wiimotes from your personaly owned Wii...
