Controlling Mario goes with keyboard: Moving with Up, Down, Left and Right. Camera buttons goes with Home, End, Delete and Page Down buttons, Jumping goes with Space bar, Shooting Star bits goes with B button, Resting Camera behind Mario with the C button. As for Tilting the Wii remote, use the 8,2,4 and 6 Numpad keys. works with gliding, if you want to use it with the Star Ball, don't forget to enable the "Upright Wiiremote" option.
Tip: Mostly you won't use the mouse much, cause keyboard is eaiser.. However when you need the IR, just put your left hand on the Up, down, Left and right buttons on the keyboard, and your right hand on the mouse
