Ok so i downloaded the latest version of Dolphin today and tryed to play a game (i know it's not on the supported games list, but figured i would ask). The game is "The sims bustin' out", it is a .gcm file, size of 1.28 GB.

Problem is: When i open the .gcm file in dolphin i get these errors in this order:

READ: Invalid address: 7e000004
WRITE: Invalid address: 7e000008
WRITE: Invalid address: 7e000000
WRITE: Invalid address: 7e00000c
WRITE: Invalid address: 7e000004
DSI exception in lmv.
READ: Invalid address: 36390014
READ: Invalid address: 36390010
ERROR: Trying to compile at 0. LR=801b1ad0
iCacheJIT: Reading Opcode from fffffffc. Please report

PC:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Intel Pentium Dual core @3001Mhz
4GB DDR2 (3.25 Useable under 32 bit OS)
896MB XFX GeForce GTX260 (Newest Nvidia Drivers)

I am running dolphin "As Admin" and the .gcm file is on my desktop. I have tryed burning to a disc and get the same errors. if anyone could help that would be great.

Probably need to enable MMU speed hack to get the game to work too.

Yay replys :D

Ok DirectX is up-to-date (needed to update for mafia 2, and i just checked now as well). I get the "setup has determined a newer or equi... blah blah blah".

I am using Dolphin V2.0 (i could not find build number). It's the one on the DL page for windows x86, just downloaded it yesterday.

I believe this has something to do with the DSP settings/plugin. When it's set to Dolphin DSP-LLE it works slightly better (shows 2 DSP related errors then continues, but the emulation stops at 18% speed and 0FPS). also i do not have a Wii or GC to dump the files from, so back to square HLE. When it's on Dolphin DSP-HLE, it crashes just like before. Tryed both openGL and dx9 plugin with both DSP settings and it works the same regardless of what plugin is being used (openGL/dx9).

Then the window title (for the emulator screen) is:
2.0: DX(: JIT32 DC | FPS|0 - VPS: 11 - SPEED: 18%

If anyone can make sense of that maybe you can help me out ;)

You are using dolphin 2.0 not latest revision, download lastest revision to get better performance on your games
