Hello,

I'm having a hard time configuring my PS2 controller bindings. Need tutorial for how to setup it to work with Donkey Kong Country Returns. Thx.

UPDATE: I have configured some okay-ish controls, but still they are not perfect and can't figure out how-to perfect them. HELP is still needed!
And I am stuck at this part: (10:25)

I can't do that as fast as seen in the video... I tap that action's key as fast as possible, but it doesn't work...

The Ground Slam/Pound thing is done by Shaking the remote, right?

So if you would map that to a button (I map all shake movements to 1 button for this game, using an Xbox360 controller I use R1, guess you could do that on a PS1/2/3/4 controller as well) you can keep Ground slamming/pounding by HOLDING the button instead of tapping it...

My control scheme using a Sideways remote (so no Numchuck attachment):
DPAD to DPAD and use that to play the game, do not use the analog stick
+ (start) to start
- (select) to select
1 to Square
2 to Cross (X)
All 3 shake axis either to R1/2 or any other free button (like Circle (O), triangle or R2/L1/L2) you feel comfortable using.

and there you have the best (IMHO)
Check my profile for up to date specs.
