hi i new i this of emulation and need help

i can't play donkey kong country returns i can but a 30fps but i can play all naruto games at 60fps

mi pc is:
amd attlom II X2 2.90GHZ
1GB RAM
ATI radon HD 4670
win7 x32

You don't have enough RAM.
