Okay so I recovered my laptop to it's original out-of-the-box factory state.

Now I run dolphin and I can't see the directx9 plugin

or any of the wiimote or gamecube pad plugins!!!!!

HELP!!!!
btw i'm on windows vista home premium 32 bit
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
CPU: Intel® Pentium® Dual T3200 @ 2.00GHz
RAM: 3GB
Graphics Card: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Audio: Realtek High Definition Audio
DVD/CD Drive: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T50N

Update DirectX


======= Runtime Library Requirements =======
Dolphin needs you have to have the libraries listed below installed.

[Windows]
-MS Visual C++ Runtime 2008 SP1: This fixes the "side by side" / "application config" & model errors
Microsoft VC++ 2008 SP1 Redist x86 - For 32bit Windows
Microsoft VC++ 2008 SP1 Redist x64 - For 64bit Windows

-The DirectX March 2009 Runtime: This fixes the plugin loading errors
Note: THIS MEANS UPDATE YOUR DIRECTX EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE VERSION 9.0c or 10 or 10.1!!!!!!
Microsoft DirectX Updater
MB : MSI Z68A-GD80
CPU : Intel Core i7 2600k @ 3.4 GHz (stock clock)
Gfx : ATI Raedon HD 6850
Ram : 4 GB DDR3-1333
OS : Windows XP x86

i know what you are talking about as soon as you said update direct x
