For the first error warning, you're forcing MSAA from the Nvidia driver, which is a bad thing to do for Dolphin. To fix this:
-Open the Nvidia Control Panel
-On the left side, click on Manage 3D settings
-Then change the inner tab to Program settings
-Dolphin should be in the dropdown list, otherwise click the 'Add' button
-Make sure any Antialiasing setting is set to 'Off' or 'Application-controlled'
-Set the Power management mode to 'Prefer maximum performance'

As for the second error, I'm not sure what that problem is. Make sure you aren't forcing any other enhancements, and also make sure you have the latest Nvidia GPU driver installed from Nvidia. If you recently did a Windows update, go grab a fresh GPU driver from Nvidia's website, as Windows updates can mess with the driver. Make sure you get the DCH driver option if you're on the most recent version of Windows 10
