Help! One controller rumble works, the other doesn't!

Hello all! I am stumped. I've been using two original Xbox S controllers with Dolphin 5.0 and they both work fantastic save one problem. One of them (the one assigned to DInput/0/) has no rumble options to select.

The other controller assigned to DInput/1/XBCD Xbox Controller S has all the rumble options available. Identical controllers. Both fully functioning rumble wise. One works the other doesn't.

To troubleshoot I first switched the cables to see if maybe it was something wrong with the controller itself or the usb port... no luck. Then I tried downloading older versions of Dolphin to see if the rumble options would show up then... still no luck. I tried assigning DInput/0/ to another port like controller port 4. Still no luck and again DInput/1/ controller works fine on any of the controller ports.

I've googled and googled til my googler was sore and haven't found any relevant forum topics with my issue. The closest I got was some people had rumble issues when they selected SDL instead of DInput. So here I am to summon the mercy of the internet Gods. Hopefully someone out there knows what might be going wrong cause I am perplexed.  Confused

Oh and I'm on Windows 7 x64 if that's helpful at all!

Edit: I just tested switching the controllers around so that the controller initially shown as DInput/0/ was now DInput/1/ and it vibrated! Meaning the problem does not lie in the controllers or cables but must be something Dolphin related since it will not work for either controller on DInput/0/

So basically the controller which has ID 0 never has rumble outputs? Sounds like it could be a bug.

Yeah that's exactly what's happening! If it's a bug I'm not sure what I can do to fix it...I'm just surprised I haven't come across this problem in any of the forums I've perused on Google. Undecided
