It's only normal if there is an emulated cursor as well, which is why I checked so many times.

I'm not sure what you're asking there.

If I was to post my settings in the form of the user folder and its contents it wouldn't be the bets setup for your rig, and doesn't have things configured to solve your problem, so would be useless.

If you want to import the settings etc into the new build from the old one you can just copy and replace the old user folder over the new one.

I can now designate the problem unrelated to this. It's either a bug with the build you're using, an incompatibility with the WiiMote/nunchuck you are using, or something wrong with the Bluetooth. If you could borrow someone else's genuine Nintendo Wiimote and nunchuck and see if they work we could maybe find out how to fix it.

Does it work if you change the extension to "None" instead of "Nunchuk"? It should then use the REAL extension, unlike the other drop-down items which refer to emulated extensions that completely REPLACE the real extension currently attached to the real Wiimote.
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512
