help noob question with gamespeed and fps

i m new here
sorry for asking some noob question

i m using da latest dolpin 2.0
to play WII version of pokemon battle revolution

i got no problem with da graphic juz dat gamespeed is always at 50% anyway to increase da game speed to 100%?

my pc spec is
intel dual-core E5200 2.5ghz 3gb ram
graphic card is nvidia EN 9400 GT

any1 can help me with this

for the pokemon battle revolution i m using the direct3D9- the gamespeed is like 50% and in battle it will drop to 35% lolz

when playing gamecube i m using da opengl and have no problem with the game speed lolz

i have seen a lot of ppl play with acceptable speed or full speed in youtube so help me hehe

i have try alot of settings and combination but still the games speed cannot go over 50% why?

izzit latest da revision of dolphin will have more stability?

izzit we need diff rev of dolphin for diff game?

He linked a very recent revision. The most stable revision is the official version, 2.0. Although I strongly disagree with admin98's opinion that spellforce builds are faster than mamario, they are essentially the same just compiled by a different person. The fastest builds would be the 4700-4900 builds, those builds were way faster than todays revisions but they have lots of issues so it's a mixed blessing. A few games require a specific revision to run properly but 99% of GC/WII games do not need a specific revision of dolphin to work properly.

i try taksunoko vs capcom it works 100% gamespeed in both 2.0 ver and also spellforce
however pokemon battle revolution still works in 50% in alot of version can it be like is the problem remains to wii iso/game itself ?
