The sensor bar are only 2 Infrared light sources. Use 2 candles or buy ir LEDS or buy a wireless bar cheap.

2 Candles for testing are just fine.

You do not need to "install" a sensor bar, it is basically just a couple of LED lights that provide the Wiimote with somewhere to point. Since i do not even see the Cursor stutter or flicker across the screen i am thinking something broke, i will try with an earlier revision. Ofcourse it could just be my Sensor bar that broke, but the little red light is on, and it would be wierd for several peoples sensor bars to break at the same time Tongue

edit: tested with Dolphin 2.0, still no IR Cursor.. wierd. Tried pointing the Wiimote at two very bright lightbulbs(and tried the sensor bar again) as i do not have candles on hand at the moment, no reaction. Wonder what could be causing this.

Don't know if it could be the sensor bar or not, but perhaps a little more space away from your LCD screen could help. I know the closest you should be is about 3 feet / 1 meter

Yeah i've tried that. I'll keep trying though. Can someone test if their IR Cursor works with Wiimote on newest Revision?

Use 2 candles and put them in front of your monitor about 20cm space between. Is enough for testing. If you want to have a real one do what Anti-Ultimate told you.

If you want to build one on your own go to http://www.google.com, i heard they have good tutorials there.

Seriously guys, a Wireless sensor bar is like a few bucks on ebay. Or you could use two candles if you are really poor. But seriously, does anyone else have the Wiimote Cursor issue?
