If you can't set Dram:FSB ratio to unlinked (it might call it something different) then just set it to 2:1. That's just as good. But 1:1 is way to high. If you overclock your cpu to 1400MHz FSB and 3.2GHz core clock and leave your ratio at 1:1 your dram will be running at 1400MHz, I doubt you will be able to get any ddr2 ram to be stable at that frequency.
