Help.... Mario Kart Wii not saving???

hi,
when ever I try to run Mario Kart Wii, which is on the compatibility list as near perfect, it says I need to crate a save and when I accept and after it loads for a bit it says it could not read from or write to the Wii system memory.
below are somr pictures of what happens
firstly what it asks the user to do and secondly the error that keeps showing up





Does anyone why its doing this and if so how can it be fixed

you have to have a premade save for that game for some reason. The devs are currently working on a fix for it

ok thanks, do you know where I could get one?? also whats the file location for Wii saves, I've been looking but I cant find it.

Also the save location for the wii games is *\User\Wii\title\00010000\"the game id in hex"

ok thanks.
but now whenever I play mario kart wii, there are a whole lot of diffrent screens that appear.
like this



they aren't there when selecting the character and courses ect in the menu, they're only there when im doing a race. Is there a patch or something that can fix this
