help, first time with wiimote and sensor bar

hi, i have used dolphin for a long time for gamecube, but i am noob in wii, i just bought a cheapo wii just for the wii motions, i want to play zelda, mario galaxy, etc, i know how to configure dolphin, games works fine so far but.................the sensor bar is my problem

can i use my sensor bar with dolphin with the real wii turned on to power on the sensor? is there a way to disable the wiimote for the turned on wii so it does not interfere with the pc Bluetooth with dolphin?

i know i could use candles, but come on, zelda is like 50h, i would use a lot of candles and it is dangerous, also i have a real sensor bar,
