Exactly LLE wont run well on dual core cpus,that's why I would stay away from them ( not to mention if you are into pc gaming you will also need quad core )
Your problem is that you are only about £50-100 short of really good laptops such as ASUS ROG ( republic of gamers ) or clevo sager.
These are gaming laptops with i7 cpus of course and proper cooling.
If you cant afford them,then yes,asus laptop you linked with i7 cpu would be best choice

That CPU is too old. You could OC it, but that probably wouldn't go well.

If you want to play Dolphin well with LLE on a laptop, you will need to spend more money than your budget currently allows.

Um no it has really old cpu its not even i5 or i7 it was made before they were made so stay away from it
only buy i5 or i7 ! I will take a quick look on ebay wait a sec...

Does the seller has to be from UK ?
You can find a much better deals in the US,but then you have to worry about customs...

Yeah that's the problem, I can find lovely laptops from the US but nothing from the UK. It turns out to be an extra £100 or so on top of whatever I pay but if it comes to around £650-£700 no I don't mind too much as I can pay customs with cash

Well I have taken a quick look and it seems if you want to buy only from UK what you already found seems,IMHO,like the best deal for you

The cooling won't be good, which almost assuredly means throttling and loss of speed in some places, but it is a good choice for your limited budget.
