Help? Error loading GCpadNew.dll?

Any time I try to load a .iso, I get a message saying "Error loading Plugins/Plugins_GCPad.dll: can't read info"

Can anyone help? I'm really new to this, this is my first time I accually got a working Gamecube .iso
