You should buy a new pc and then try again. Your pc is below the requirements and even if it runs it will be nothing more than a slideshow.

YOUR COMPUTER IS OLDER THAN JESUS.

No SSE2 support means you won't be able to use Dolphin ever, at least not until you build or buy a new system with a modern processor. You would be better off buying a Wii or a Gamecube, which would be much cheaper than the hardware required to run Dolphin adequately.
