Pokémon XD and Super Mario Sunshine run at 32 KHz as far as I know.
Streamed DTK audio gets dumped to a separate file with a different sample rate, so that should be working correctly for all games. I agree that having the DSP dumping sample rate fixed would be nice, but finding someone who wants to fix it is harder.
