Well, from the beginning, I've been trying to complete a rip from Pokémon XD that has an amazing quality, with a sample rate of 44.100 Hz, no clipping, etc. But it has an important missing track, the Staff roll.
So first I tried to rip it from the game, I realized that it is inside of a "movie file" of the game and I almost made it but at the end I failed catastrophically because the 001/000 files from the "movie Staff roll" does not work, no matter how much I change it to dsp or ish.
Forget that!
Now, I'm trying to record it using dolphin, but I'm stuck. I mean I can dump the audio and play the wav file, but it has a 32.000 Hz sample rate.
And I dont know how can I change that, And the worst part is that I thought that there's no way the change that, Until I found a record (that I might accidentally did) of Mario sunshine, and it does have a sample rate of 48000 Hz!
