Help Dumping audio

Well, from the beginning, I've been trying to complete a rip from Pokémon XD that has an amazing quality, with a sample rate of 44.100 Hz, no clipping, etc. But it has an important missing track, the Staff roll.

So first I tried to rip it from the game, I realized that it is inside of a "movie file" of the game and I almost made it but at the end I failed catastrophically because the 001/000 files from the "movie Staff roll" does not work, no matter how much I change it to dsp or ish. Angry Forget that!

Now, I'm trying to record it using dolphin, but I'm stuck. I mean I can dump the audio and play the wav file, but it has a 32.000 Hz sample rate. Huh And I dont know how can I change that, And the worst part is that I thought that there's no way the change that, Until I found a record (that I might accidentally did) of Mario sunshine, and it does have a sample rate of 48000 Hz!

http://prntscr.com/8sk98y

And to make sure that it is not just Pokémon XD, I recorded mario sunshine again, and it now it has a 32.000 Hz sample rate. Huh Huh Huh

HELP! OMG I WONT GIVE UP!, It took two days trying to rip the files and now this shit happens. I feel like the whole word is against me.

I've asked about this in the past, and for whatever reason, none of the Dolphin developers are keen to implement any other sample rates because "most games only use 32000Hz." In the case of XD and Sunshine, this might actually be true--I don't know what quality the samples used in their sequences are, but I doubt it's that high. But yes, it is a problem that I wish they would address (at least for games with streamed audio). Like a "set sample rate of dumped audio" option.

Pokémon XD and Super Mario Sunshine run at 32 KHz as far as I know.

Streamed DTK audio gets dumped to a separate file with a different sample rate, so that should be working correctly for all games. I agree that having the DSP dumping sample rate fixed would be nice, but finding someone who wants to fix it is harder.

If it is true, how is posible that the sunshines record has a sample rate of 48000 Hz? and it is a true sample rate, in the image that I posted you will see how the high frequencies go well over 16.000 KHz. Same thing with the incomplete rip of Pokémon XD.

By the way, I noticed that the audio sounds weird. Like an odd eco on the highs.

Example

Hey, I really need help with the sample rate. I cant believe that none have explain why my "old" sunshine record has a sample rate of 48.000 Hz? And now it is "magically" 32.000.

Seriusly, the world is against me, first the fail ripping the file, them the sample rate, and now this... What's next? an EMP?
