HELP! controller lag and bad stuttering..

I swore the dophin emulator ran ok on my poc before the upgrades.
I had a gtx 960 i7 4770 K 8 GB ram. now it runs worse on my after upgrades 1060 6 GB 16GB ram i7 4770K  also bad controller lag!! whats up?? what would cause this. 01-11-2019, 05:28 PM
I bet its windows update. Download the latest drivers from Nvidia directly and see if that helps!
