The best way to do it is with a batch file/command window, as it's a one-liner:
If you've got more than the one game waiting to be combined in the folder, you should change the stars to the name, and if you've not chosen 1GB chunks (I had to rip with a 2GB SD card so didn't have much choice) then you can get rid of the bits representing part3.iso etc.
