Help? Can't run Mario Kart Wii Custom Track Pack CTGP Revolution

I have the version that works normally with Dolphin, not the latest version that blocks dolphin and crashes it. Whenever I try to go into one of the cups most of the Cups cause me to get an error message "Unable to resolve write address". Is this a common thing and is it fixable?

I think the development versions work better with mariokart hacks.
