Hey im new to this forum
and i have concerns about the dolphin emulator..
you see i have a HP pavilion laptop
and it has 4gb ram and 2.20ghz
and when i run super smash bros melee it lags terribly
i know for a fact this game could run full speed on this laptop
but i believe there is a specific setting that has to be made?
i guess? Huh

and also i have dolphin 2.0....which doesnt have dynarec..
please help i want to play gamecube games

Your processor is a bit on the slow side, especially for Dolphin. Since you have a laptop, there is no possibility of overclocking. You might be able to find some games that run fairly well, but full speed is not going to happen and more demanding games will run quite poorly. A processor clocked at 2.8 Ghz - 3.0 Ghz is the recommended minimum for decent performance with most games on Dolphin.

it was completely unintentional..
it only happend because my browser wasnt responding
