Your PC is old and it sucks ass, nuff' said..
The Intel 82845GV is a 5 - 6 year old integrated Intel solution that lacks any kind of Pixel/Vertex shading. Dolphin requires a minimum of SM 2.0 (Pixel/Vertex shading 2.0), your hardware has zero, nada support for Pixel/Vertex shading thus Dolphin won't run. I'm also willing to bet your Processor doesn't support SSE2 either, which is also one of the minimum requirements to run Dolphin. A little common sense should of told you if you are unable to play most if not all PC games released in the past 3 - 5 years, you wouldn't be able to run Dolphin either.. So your choices are: Shell out for a new PC or new hardware that doesn't suck ass, meets or exceeds the minimum requirements to run Dolphin and run it acceptably. The hardware needed to run Dolphin acceptably would be far more expensive than just shelling out for an actual Wii/Gamecube, as you would require an entirely new PC/Custom Build. My suggestion is stick to playing on an actual Gamecube/Wii or buy a Gamecube/Wii if you don't already own the actual systems that Dolphin emulates. Also read this, it explains the minimum requirements that are required to run Dolphin and other useful information to get started: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-4.html |
