I made an alt user on my pc installed dolphin and it worked... then I transferred the working dolphin over to my main account and it simply didn't work still...

Is the portable.ixt file in the same folder as dolphin. This cause the settings to go to the dolphin folder rather then the document user folder.

Where can I find portable.ixt? I cant find it.

Problem has been fixed! Just made a file and named it portable.txt! Thanks to everyone for helping!
