Also, as another side-note, any hardware capable of running Dolphin decently enough to be worth bothering with is also capable of running a 64-bit OS, so you probably shouldn't be using a 32-bit build, even if you think you should. Linux and OSX should be trivial to switch to 64-bit if they're not already, and a Windows key is good for either build of a given Windows version, so it's not too hard to switch over in the likely case that that's your OS.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

Hint: it will run fine if you choose the interpreter but the arm jit. And maybe you'll get up to 30 seconds per frame...
