To play Zelda SS there are only two solutions:
1- Use a real Wiimote with Motion Plus (Wiimotes without Motion Plus won't work).
2- Use an Emulated Motion Plus build (here: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-emulated-motion-plus-unofficial?highlight=emulated+motion+plus ) but it's unofficial.
You can't play with a single mouse and a classical build
