I am trying to run wii games on dolphin I configured wiimote and Irun the game but a message comes up saying connect wii remote and nunchuk and wait without touching it but I cannot get past this message.

BTW I am using my mouse not an actual wii remote.

Which game? try pressing alt+f5

And check Alternate WiiMote Timing. (right click on your game -> properties)

you can click on “wiimote” and choose the nunchuk.
then you can pass the message and change back your setting.

I am trying to play the new zelda game. Is there a tutorial on this issue? step by step instructions that could possibly fix this issue.

To play Zelda SS there are only two solutions:
1- Use a real Wiimote with Motion Plus (Wiimotes without Motion Plus won't work).
2- Use an Emulated Motion Plus build (here: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-emu...otion+plus ) but it's unofficial.

You can't play with a single mouse and a classical build

If you're talking about Skyward sword, you need an original wii motion+ to play it
