In order to dump all of the textures without playing the game, you need to reverse-engineer the way that textures are stored on the disc (unless it is known already), and then you'll need to write a program that can read and convert them. This might take longer than playing through the game. Keep in mind that different games store textures in different ways, so there is no general method that works with all games.
