Hello i have an error

Hello i have a Mac osx 10.6.8 processor 2.3 Ghz intel core i5 its a Macbook pro 8,1 got from the dolphin page the emulator dolphin 3.0 i really dont know the dolphin settings i could open this time the dolphin emulator but then an error poped out (the one on the SS) and i tried on loading my twilight princes ISO and it didnt let me i dont know if the problem could be or the ISO or this problem... please help Smile
