Like the title says, Hear is a program designed to provide you the best sound quality for everything (any song you like, maybe some movies, and even enhace the videogames´ music!)
I´ve found it some months ago, and it works great (well, it has some problems when talking about the responses of the program, but is worth it).
You can find it easily in Softonic.

Oh, and about your speakers, don´t worry, you´ll be able to enjoy those cool effects even in an old 2.0 speaker system.
