There's a handy "Reset all settings to factory defaults" button in the CCC. If your driver installation wasn't 100% clean or your settings are messed up, click that buton and then reboot the PC.

It may break everything that doesn't run at 60fps, but this setting might *improve* the performance of titles that are known to run at 60 fps (only for those titles).
