Hm, I dunno, it's still not showing here. Neither the dirt nor that frame over the minimap. I've unchecked AF, OpenMP Texture Decoder, un- and rechecked the Load Custom Textures box...
BTW, something else: Those hiccups, they (or at least the worst of them) are caused by some shader cache doing something, right? And that stuff is then stored in a file (with the game ID, for every graphics plugin) in the Shader Cache folder under "Username\Dolphin Emulator", right? Now, has anyone ever tried taking that file from someone who, e.g. has played through the whole game? Wouldn't that make all those annoying hiccups when seeing something new in the game disappear?
Could anyone of you guys who played through a lot of the game upload their 'ogl-SX4E01-shaders.cache' file, so I could try it? ^^
