The only way I could think of is to check the filesize of the ISOs. How large is your ISO in bytes?
I'm not sure of your technical level (so no offense), but in order to see bytes just right click on the ISO and go to properties. I'm asking for bytes just in case there is just a few bytes off. I'm not sure if that would even effect the IDs, or filesize in general. I just don't know any other way to compare them.
