There isn't. Dolphin dumps the same texture over and over and over again, and it's a tremendous amount of work to find all the different IDs for textures.

Edit: Oh you mean changing Dolphin language? I got confused with in-game, theres only eng and jap. That should have no effect from my tests. You have to uncheck/check "load custom textures" box to refresh everything while the game is running. Try that and let me know if it works.
You understand the first time. A use 30fps pal iso, but in italian (pal iso is multi5 I think). Some HD texts are missing (and it's ok, in the pack there are only ENG and SPA hd texts) but some graphical texture has different name. My work for now is manually dump texture -> find dumped texture and copy the name -> find HD matching texture -> rename HD matching texture -> test.

Is there an option to change the language of the text in game? Or is it based off of the main Dolphin settings?

I haven't messed around with it too much, but I'm not sure how the IDs work when changing the written language. I can check it out later when I get a bit of time, but yeah, it sounds like it's not loading the same IDs as the english text.
It's based on dolphin language. If I switch system language to ENG, all textures works fine.

Ah, well then. That is lame. Unfortunately there is no way to retexture everything in one go because of how dolphin creates multiple IDs for a single texture. I've been dumping the English version for hundreds of hours and still don't have everything. Some of the textures are static and don't repeat. Usually text (such as in the skill trees), inventory icons, main UI elements such as title bars, etc are the same all of the time. Things like menu icons, borders/corners of boxes, and character portraits change constantly based on saving/reloading, exiting the menu and reopening it, weather patterns, etc. So, it's a huge pain and the main problem with retexturing this game.

See that is strange, I can't reproduce this.. When I change languages all textures load if I uncheck/recheck "Load Custom Textures" while the game is running.

Or in Italian... Carica Texture Personalizzate

Yes, they load some texture, some not. Like XENOBLADE logo in main menu, in italian dump the name is different from english dump

Hmm... it's retextured for me in Italian. I don't know what gives.. What IDs are you seeing?
These are what I have and they work in Italian:
SX4P01_72f4abe1_9.png, SX4P01_43bcaf7a_0.png, SX4P01_06d14341_0.png

As you can see.. http://i.imgur.com/UoqGgE6.png

Edit: Also, a lot of these textures have two ID's, and I have both for all other title screen elements but not the logo. Maybe everyone with this issue is stumbling on the "alternate" IDs for the logo so I really want to know what they are.

Shape and shadow texture have same ID, but the forelevel texture for me is SX4P01_8b99c4fd_9

Thanks!

There's a way to know if my ISO is the same of yours?
P.S. Other example, my bootstrap screen is SX4P01_e5e8d48d_4.png

I've always wondered if ISOs had an effect on texture IDs. I'm not sure what the rules are in regards to ISO discussion, so I don't talk about it much.

Uh my ISO is dumped from my original copy, but I don't know if there is more version of the disc. Some title has version on the disk, like brawl I remember.
