I see. Maybe I shouldn't be testing these at 4x resolution! Haha, but my 1440p monitor needs to feel justified. :p

Anyway, I thought they worked fine last time I played like 9 months ago. So it was weirding me out, but I did get a new monitor and video card since then so I probably was only playing at 3x before.

And whatever, Echoes, I think a lot of what we're doing would be impossible without your contributions, so it's no problem (and I'm sure Bighead feels the same way) to fix something small like this. Especially if it's not even really your fault since you can't really expect everything to be perfect blown up to 4x normal res.

So on the heart to heart screen, theres this icon:

Well actually two I guess, but the one with the hands is the same texture as the main menu palette texture. I can also whip up a simple retexture for the little guy, I still have the files used to create a similar texture before. So the question is: since there is no way to distinguish between the main menu palette heart to heart icon and the heart to heart menu icon, should I just retexture it and mix it in with the other one?

I like to stay organized, but I think it would just be too much work to keep them separated when approaching 20k textures.

There's too many different heart to heart icons to distinguish the difference between them. I just used the same retexture for all of them, which appears to be what other before me were doing and it seems to show up correctly everywhere. As for organizing them, I didn't even try to figure out which ones were which. I just assume they are all menu palette textures even if I knew otherwise.

Edit: Also, I thought that little person icon was done but I may have mistaked it with SX4P01_3c3d8f0c_0.png which is used in the skill trees and doesn't have a border. I can use it as a base and whip one up in a few minutes if you want.

Edit: If you want to, that would work for me. Yours would probably end up better anyway.

LOL. That is amazing.

Edit: Another funny thing, I don't know if you ran into it while playing. But one of the corner pieces (I've ran into it twice) around the Alcamoth area is replaced with Reyn's high tension texture. I don't know who did it, but it was in the 4.1U pack so it was before my time. Anyway, I thought it was funny so I never bothered looking for it. And it probably would be impossible to sort it out now.

So if you pay attention to the bottom left corner pieces, one of the corners will just be a mini pic of Reyn yelling. I think someone did it just to be funny.

Haha having a little fun. This stuff gets tedious after awhile so that helped to brighten my mood lol. Here's the real one, nothing special but it should be ok.

Haha, I know how you feel. It was appreciated. Luckily this game is fun and entertaining enough to make it not so bad. The music is great just to listen to in the background while working on stuff.

Haha I've never noticed that one. It might be possible since there are not many high tension portraits. Saving a state and reloading seems to load the same textures as long as you don't wander off too far (I think anyway). Could save, delete a reyn, reload, see if it changes, undo delete if not, repeat. I'll try to find it if I come across it. That will also narrow down the correct ID to be replaced with what it should be. Which corner piece is it btw? One of the menu textures?

Edit: One last version of this, I noticed the original one gradually got darker. May as well try to mimic the original a bit more.
