Well, doing one for each setting wouldn't make any sense. If SAFE wasn't a big performance killer (I don't know if it even is) and if you had had this knowledge from the start and dumped everything with SAFE then that would be the only pack needed. Now, obviously, that would undo all the work you have already done, so f**k that and just continue what you're doing. Stuff looks very good and a few textures missing here and there won't be a big thing for the user. (I guess it'll sting your perfectionists' eyes, though )
Or is there any logic behind the different IDs, so one could write a super simple program to rename all files' IDs from FAST style IDs to SAFE style IDs? (except of course those few textures which share an ID right now).
