Just the point where narcku mentioned that a border got replaced with a shulk face. I found it though, had to keep ending the cutscene at different points which creates different IDs.

I apparently don't have that small borders set because all of my small borders are dead even. So I'm just going to delete that portrait (which was my fault, again, apparently) and get the rest of the set from you. I'm assuming you dumped and are going to batch it.

Finding all of these misnamed textures really bothers me. It's a lot less likely to happen now with your script since I double check every folder before I batch, but it still bothers me that I missed up at least twice.

Yeah I got them, pretty much every possible set after that cutscene. And you shouldn't worry about it, we are only human after all. Tongue And besides, you're the one taking the effort to find all these textures, so you're entitled to as many mistakes as it takes. Even if the next version of the texture pack has some in it, it's still 400% more complete than the last one which completely outweighs anyone's portrait popping up in places they shouldn't lol.

With that aside, I'm currently working on Bionis Interior map. It's not bad to make at all, and shouldn't take me long to crank it out. That only leaves prison island if I remember correctly, which is about half done from the first encounter. And of course the bionis leg remake.

Sounds awesome, I can't wait to see them.

I'm going to head to Tephra. I actually did one entire run of Prison Island (and beat the game) stopping and gemtricking all over and dumped everything I got there. Going to do some more thorough runs after I clear out Tephra. Then it's new game time.

Edit: Don't mind me. I'm just up in space, crafting mah gems.

After a friend unexpectedly visited that I had to entertain, I thought I'd never get this done. I kept working on it anyway, but it really slowed down progress. Luckily he seemed to find what I was doing somewhat amusing. When he left I was determined to finish this, so after enough coffee that my blood pressure is most likely in the hypertension stages, here is Bionis' Interior. Ignore any missing details in these comparison images, the actual map files have everything. I just jumped the gun on making the GIFs and really didn't feel like making new ones.

Usually I type up a unique little description on the forum, but this time I'm just going to copy and paste what I wrote on my maps page.

This one is definitely more accurate than the normal map, but also has some intentional inaccuracies as well. You may notice that every platform is a perfect circle. Most of the platforms in the game are not perfect circles, but they are close enough that most of the edges line up. I chose this route for 2 reasons: One, it looks nicer. Two, it was easier to do. The same thing was done for the heart on the top floor, it is not a perfect circle but I made it that way anyway. Again, this looks nicer and it is close enough that you really have to get up on the wall to even notice.

It might also be useful to know that it comes after Satorl Marsh when viewing the maps screen, so that is its location on my page.

I came across this image and I thought "Yep".

Most of the credit goes to Echoes. I just pasted some images over top of what he already made. I replaced the top bar with something else to try to match the fire orange of the main pic. That was the best I could find, this game is awfully blue lol.

Lolyea I notice the circles are all perfectly round but I guess it won't bother me so much.
Cool. Does that mean all the maps are done Big Grin?

Anyways, here's (hopefully)the last Klaus update.
I'd been tweaking the eyes(and hair) since yesterday and never got satisfied with how they looked but I'll settle for this.

Okay, downloaded all of your guys' stuff Smile

I think the map looks great, Bighead. The circle things I think look way better, and the regular map platforms are pretty much circular anyway.

Narcku, I watched some of the cutscenes he was in. What you already had was really good, so if you made it better I can't wait to check it out.

I'll also check out the shulk hair differences. I actually have to work a bit today (just got done with mother's day stuff) so I won't be able to actually check it out in game until later tonight.

Well, that was disencouraging: So I dumped a few thousand textures for you guys and wanted to check what the bounty would be. After running the batch file the number of filtered ones was: zero. -_-

Haha, that's kind of weird since there are no border files in 4.5U, so you should at least be dumping those. Are you using Dolphin 4.0 or higher? If not, the dump directory is probably in a different place. If you right click and click edit on the batch file, you can set the directory of your dump folder.

Also, it's probably not worth getting too into dumping until after 5.0U since I have about 70,000 additional files to add to 4.5U and Bighead has a ton as well. Although, just from Bigheads Medium borders folder I got about 20ish new sets added to my 550 sets. So, just goes to show you how random stuff is. I'm confident that we have a huge majority of the IDs. But, random is random.

It's going to happen soon. (hopefully) Bighead is coming closer to finishing his maps, and I'm about to start a run up to Makna Forest. After that, probably merge time and 5.0U release.

Uh, it won't be better probably, I just fixed a few small parts that looked odd Tongue.
Also, if you can, try using the eyes from alternate eyes 2 folder I included(the one with transparency).
I wanted to use Red's eyes texture as-is, but thing is, his eyes texture doesn't use transparency.
There are pro and con to this.
Pro: the white part of the eye(I don't know what it's called.. sclera?) is cleaner for some characters.
Con: this causes clipping on his eyes sometimes; making the white part of his eyes intersect with his eyelashes.
This happens on Red's Shulk too(again only on rare occurences, like on Prison Island cutscene after the Monado powerup).

And I made a slight update for Shulk's hair again. I'll put it in the attachment.
Again, this version may look worse, so just use it for testing Blush.
