Sand textures, I can kinda understand.
It's an open world type of game with many objects, so some of obscure ones(land, cliffs, ceilings) can have very little detail/repeating patterns,
since players normally don't zoom in that much. But this one... well there's just no excuse for this one:

It looks bad, even on 480p resolution, even worse since it's in a cutscene.
There's no way you can avert your eyes from that >_>. It's like they're saying, "Hey look at this ugly texture, yum yum!"

Somebody needs to dump that... block of wall and replace it with... something-- even a bitmap with pure black color is better than that Dodgy

I'm attaching some hair to this. Mostly just because you said you had no dump for Kallian. Also snagged Lorithia for later use if anyone wants it since she was in the same cutscene.

Also the faces are brilliant as usual. Thank you.

Yes, a lot of work is going to be done for the next pack. Bighead has done a ton for increasing the stability (due to the resizing done before.) and organizing a ton of stuff.

I couldn't even test the cutscene Kallian because I don't have a save near any of the cutscenes he appears in(I have one near the allied force scene, but that's a normal scene with field model, not cutscene Undecided).
Oh, and the second one is Lorithia's hair?

Ah, I didn't know you needed that since you usually don't have them in your packs. Is there a good way to test the mask to see which is his? There are a ton from that scene that all look the same.

And yes, that is Lorithia's hair. Would you like her mask as well if I can find it? Do you always need the mask for hair?

Edit: Got them. Painted it all black, did some funny things in game. Made me lol. Kallian looked like he had a really bad haircut. Should have got a screenshot.

Yeah. Makes it easier to know where the transparency is.
Other games normally have the mask in the same texture(as alpha channel).
Hm, no easy way to find it I guess, it's black and white image, you can identify it by the shape of the hair.

I updated my above post. Yeah, there was another hair texture from the cutscene (probably one of the soldiers or something) that looked really close to the same. But, when I made this one all black it made kallian's hair look all funny so it must be the right one. Lorithia's I didn't test, but to me it's pretty obvious that it belongs to her.

Ok bunch of stuff relating to the texture dimensions. Probably gonna be a bunch so I'll put it in spoiler. I know you like to keep stuff consistent between us frozen, so there's a pack below.

First, I remade this triangle because whatever it is, it was poor. It also had incorrect dimensions.

Next, there's the directional glows for map/minimap. They are slightly different. There is 3 in the minimap folder, and 1 in the main map folder. One of them in the minimap folder is incorrect. Problem is, it's most likely using the "rare" variation. So I'm not sure how we're going to find it (or if we should even bother).

There's also this thing used for the menu palette. There are 4 of them, both sets used different sizes but they were the same exact thing so I used the higher quality version for all 4. Not sure if it will hurt anything, just something to watch out for.

Echoes slipped this one by me (thanks Echoes, but don't feel bad I messed up the largest affinity bars Tongue). It's the only one that needs to be rebatched. I was very careful to make sure all other batched textures were correct in the beginning. There's a new "BASE" included.

Last, there is Flanqers maps of Tephra Cave. They were one pixel shy of being correct. I resized them, but this shifted the bottom half of all maps up by one pixel. This most likely won't be a problem, but I do know from experience that one shift can be make or break in tight spots. I'll probably test this area myself.

Also, just keep an eye out for anything that might be "off" due to the new scaling of all these textures.

Edit: Oh and there's also this. The original minimap cursor had a shadow that didn't quite scale to the dimensions of the image so I increased the canvas size and dropped a new shadow. It may be smaller due to this, but not by much.

Edit Again... Also looking at it, I might just remake it because it's of poor quality.

First of all, awesome. I love fixes to things like these. I'll have to make sure they all go in the right spots, might take me a bit.

I think you linked the wrong thing where that last image should be. Maybe. So, I might be slightly confused here.

The only file you fixed that is repeating is the main menu palette info bar, correct? Everything else just needs to be replaced?

Yeah that's the only repeating texture. I checked everything else and all the other one's are at a correct scale. I think this should finally be all of them. I don't know how I missed so many the day I was doing them... I either got frustrated and said I'll do the rest later, or some of my internal clockwork wasn't turning.

Okay, thanks. Got it all. Still going through it but I actually just found a problem with two of the files you just sent me. And a few other problems with the big pack you sent me before. I need to organize some stuff and double-check a couple things and get to the bottom of it, but I'll make a post in a couple minutes detailing everything.

Is there any way you could send me an updated pic of your current load folder? I'm going to rename what I have to match up better with yours. Will make it easier to share files.
