Hi guys,

loving the work being shown here with the textures, and also what the team has done with Dolphin. I stumbled on all of this yesterday. I was greatly disappointing to hear about the cancellation of the Rogue trilogy on the Wii and I guess this is the best thing to it we can get HD wise.

This just after what happened to Battlefront 3, and Star Wars 1313 (if you don't know what this was look it up on youtube and get ready to cry!!!).

I have a Wii U and i'm also gutted Rogue Leader isn't on the virtual store!

Anyway on topic after getting to grips with running Rogue 2 & 3 (yes I can run 3 with some stutter but it plays on my rig better than some PC games let me tell you!), the custom textures I cannot get to load.

I've activated the custom load textures, even tried dumping textures first to see if a file was created with the correct name for the documents/load/textures file (it was), and still no joy.

I've tried both UK (i'm from uk) and US versions of the game and both just don't want to do this. I've also used safe textures instead of fast and this still doesn't provide an answer.

I'm wondering if the fact that dolphin is on my C drive, and games are on my E drive is causing this issue, although as the dumps worked fine to the correct folder, this shouldn't be an issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes I still have to get back to that it needs some polish and maybe more info (or less lol). I think it covers all your questions in there, so if there's anything in there that doesn't answer what you need to know don't hesitate to ask and I'll answer the best I can. Big Grin

For anyone interested, here is the game comparison with my texture pack thus far. [Image: biggrin.gif] It's just finished uploading, so the 720p60 or 1080p60 options should appear soon.

I wonder if you could use Movie mode to record a playthrough and duplicate it between the two, instead of having two different playthroughs that don't match up?

^^ Good Idea!

I would say it looks great except I can only see it in 720p thanks to Mozilla having their finger half way up to their intestines on implementing 60fps and just proper youtube functionality in general in firefox, I'd switch to Chrome but I trust Google even less. 720p is good for looking at the textures though because you can't make out the stars with texture pack as the pixels that make up the stars are too fine to be resolved.

I recommend the latest beta updates of Firefox. I have version 36, and they have implemented the 60fps format for youtube.

So I tried it, and it failed miserably. Tongue
