Having trouble with Tatsunoko vs. Capcom

I'm having this error message come up every time I start the game:

"You cannot use other Controllers with a Nintendo GameCube Controller connected to Controller Socket 1."

I got this message when I had no controllers connected, or when I had just my Wii Remote Connected without the GameCube Controller hooked up.

Anyone know what the problem is? Anybody know how to get around the problem?

Please let me know ASAP, because I really want to play Tatsunoko vs. Capcom here on the Dolphin Emulator.
